What materials do you use?
Unless otherwise stated, all items are handcrafted using 9 karat or 18 karat gold and 925sterling silver or 999 fine silver, semi-presious and genuine gemstones and natural stones and sea glass.
What about hallmarking?
It is a legal requirement for an Assay Office to hallmark articles containing precious metals if they are described as such.There are however exemptions for items below certain weights- silver 7.78g, gold and paladium over 1g and platinum over 0.5g.
How do I order?
Orders for in stock items can be placed direct via website .

How do I pay?
I accept all major credit and debit cards as well as Google Pay
How will the jewellery be packaged?
All items of jewellery purchased from A*M Jewellery will be presented in light purple box with shop logo. I will also include polishing cloth and thank you card.
Packaging might change in future as I am just figuiring out and will refine it to adapt to customer need and aesthetics.
Where do You deliver?
I will be able to dispatch items to all UK addresses including( Jersey, Guernsey,Northern Ireland and Isle of Man), also to all EU Countries
How quickly will I get my order?
I will aim to dispatch in stock items within 2- working days, but please allow 1 Week for any made to order items.
Delivery via Royal Mail Special delivery to EU Countries will cost 11.75 GBP and may be require topay tax on receipt.
A signiture may be required on delivery.
As per Royal Mail policy, delivery times do not include weekends and bank holidays.
How do I care for my jewellery
Highly polished jewellery should be cleaned with anti-tarnish silver or gold polishing cloth. It will be included with your ordered item.
Matte jewellery should be cleaned with a soft bristle tooth brushand washing up liquid under warm running water and thoroughly dried to avoid water marks.
All gemstones should be treated with an element of fragility.
Do not wear your rings when using harsh chemicals such a bleach and other cleaning solutions or doing harsh manual work as you might scratch your jewellery.
