Return and Exchange Policy

In the unlikely event your jewellery isn’t what you expected, for whatever reason, you may return it within 7 Days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange, less deductions, for postage and packaging

If you accidently break your jewellery, I’amafraid I cannot be held responsible for general wear and tear, or any accidental damage that may occur. I would however be happy to assist with any repairs at a small cost.

Please take special note that due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged ,unless faulty.

All returned items must be provided in  resalable condition in their original packaging. The Customer is fully liable for return postage and delivery costs unless items are faulty or incorrect.

Please contact me via email at [email protected] before returning your order. All final decisions regarding returns, exchanges and refunds rely solely with me and decisions will be made at my discretion.

Earrings and commissioned items are excluded from the Returns & Exchange  Policy ,unless faulty.
